Tennessee Notary Acknowledgement Forms

Tennessee Notary Acknowledgement forms are documents used to provide notarial certification of signatures on legal forms within the State. This authentification from a notarial officer will prove that the instrument requiring acknowledgement (or other certification) was signed freely by its signatories, that it was executed for the purposes stated within the form, and that the signatories had the power to complete the instrument. Legal documents requiring notarization will not be effective until a notarial certification or formal acknowledgment has been completed.
