Tennessee Notary Acknowledgement – Individual

The Tennessee Notary Acknowledgement form for Individuals is used for Tennesseans who need to notarize their signature on a legal document. The form, once signed and sealed by a notarial officer, indicates that the principal completed the legal instrument for the purposes therein contained. It also recognizes the identity of the signer, and serves as proof that the legal instrument was completed by their free will. The acknowledgement can be included in the initial instrument or printed off and attached to it after the fact.

Laws – TN Code § 66-22-107
