Tennessee Notary Acknowledgement – Corporation with Seal

The Tennessee Notary Acknowledgement form for a Corporation with Seal is a notarial certificate to be attached to a legal instrument completed by a representative of a corporation that has an official corporate seal. The acknowledgement form states that the individual signer proved to the notary public that they have the authority to represent the corporation, that they acknowledged the seal as that of the corporation, and that the instrument was signed and sealed on the corporation’s behalf. The notary will sign and seal the notarial certificate once the acknowledgement has been completed.
