The New Hampshire notarial certificate for verification upon oath or affirmation, once completed, is a document that provides the necessary verification required when an individual makes an oath or affirmation. An oath or affirmation is when an individual swears upon their deity (oath) or honor (affirmation) that a written statement is true. Once the person giving the oath or affirmation has confirmed the statement to be true, the notary public can fill out the notarial certificate and provide their notary stamp or seal to complete the verification process.
