New Hampshire Notary Acknowledgement for Attorney in Fact

The New Hampshire notary acknowledgement for attorney in fact is used to notarize a legal instrument that is being signed by an “attorney in fact” who has been authorized to sign on behalf of the principal. The individual who has been given power of attorney must bring the signed document to a notary public with the notary acknowledgement attached. The notary public will need to identify the attorney in fact and view their signature before notarizing the document by filling out the acknowledgement.
