Wyoming Notarial Certificate – Oath or Affirmation

Wyoming Verification Upon Oath or Affirmation can be used to notarize a statement made by an individual under oath (swear before a diety) or affirmation (swear on one’s own honor). A notary public must hear the statement proclaimed, administer the oath or affirmation, witness the signing of the legal document or statement, and complete the verification certificate. With the above steps complete, the document or statement can be considered notarized.
