West Virginia Notary Acknowledgement Forms
The West Virginia Notary Acknowledgement forms are used to certify the signatures on legal documents completed and signed in the state of West Virginia. The notarial act of acknowledgement consists of all signatories presenting themselves before a notary public, all individuals identifying themselves, and all individuals making a statement that the signatures on the legal instrument are true and provided for the purposes stated within the instrument itself. The act of completing a verification upon oath or affirmation involves an unsigned document being signed in the presence of a notary after an oath or affirmation has been made indicating the truthfulness of the unsigned document.
