New Hampshire Individual Notary Acknowledgement Form

The New Hampshire individual notary acknowledgement form is used to notarize a legal instrument that an individual is signing on their own behalf. The signer will need to bring the document, with the acknowledgement form attached, to a notary public (the notary does not need to witness the actual signing of the document). Once the notary has positively identified the signer and their signature, they will notarize the document by filling out the acknowledgement form and supplying their notary stamp or seal.
