Nebraska Notary Acknowledgement – Limited Liability Company

The Nebraska notary acknowledgement for a limited liability company is a notarial certificate used when a legal document requires notarization and has been signed by an agent, officer or member of a limited liability company (LLC). The signatory does not need to sign the document in the notary’s presence (it can be signed at anytime) but they are required to personally appear before the notary with the document and provide identification. The notary will take a verbal acknowledgement from the LLC member before affixing their seal and inscribing their signature on the LLC notary acknowledgement form.
