Nebraska Notary Acknowledgement – Corporation

To notarize a document signed by a representative, officer or agent of a corporation, a Nebraska corporation notary acknowledgement form must be presented to a notary public. The representative is required to personally appear before the notary public and hand over the document (with acknowledgement form attached). If the notary does not know the representative personally, they will ask for a piece of identification. A declaration (acknowledgement) must be made by the representative, claiming that they signed the document under free will. The notary will complete their duty by signing and sealing the acknowledgement form.
