A Kentucky notary acknowledgement for a corporation, much like an individual acknowledgement form, helps to certify the signatures inscribed on a particular legal document. However, in this case, the signing party(ies) are representing a corporation, an entity or company. The process is the same as that of an individual notary acknowledgement; the document is presented to a notary public who will confirm the identity of the signatory and hear their acknowledgement. The notary public will finalize the notarial act by signing the corporation notary acknowledgement form.
