Idaho Notary Acknowledgement – Individual

The Idaho notary acknowledgement for an individual is a certificate stating that the individual who signed a document confirmed the authenticity of their signature in the presence of a notary public. Execution of the acknowledgement certificate can only be achieved by a notary public who verified the identity of the signer appearing before them. With the signer’s identity confirmed, the person must declare that the signature belongs to them and that it was given willfully. The notary public will verify the declaration, and in turn notarize the document by filling out the notarial acknowledgement certificate.
