Hawaii Notary Acknowledgement – Corporation

The Hawaii notary acknowledgement for a corporation is a notarial tool which validates a signature given by a person signing on behalf of a corporation. A notary public can initiate the acknowledgement process by confirming the identity of the individual who appeared before them, and by ensuring they are the person whose name is specified in the signed document. Next, the notary will ask the individual to acknowledge that they willfully provided their signature on the corporate document. The notarial act is concluded upon the completion of the acknowledgement form by the notary public.
