The New Hampshire notary acknowledgement for a partnership is completed by a notary to acknowledge the signature of an individual who is representing a partnership. The signer will need to be positively identified by the notary, either by prior acquaintance or by presenting a photo ID, and present the signed document. Once the notary has verified the signer’s identity and signature, they will sign the acknowledgement form and supply their notary seal.
