South Dakota Notary Acknowledgment – Public Officer – Fiduciary

The South Dakota Public Officer/Fiduciary Notary Acknowledgement is the form used by any public officer or deputy thereof, as well as any trustee, conservator, guardian or personal representative. The fiduciary or public officer will be required to appear before the notary public, prove that they are the public officer or representative, and acknowledge that their signature was provided for the purposes contained within the initial document.
