North Dakota Notary Acknowledgement – LLC

The North Dakota notary acknowledgement for an LLC is used to certify the signature of an individual who has signed a legal document as the representative for an LLC and must be completed by a registered notary public. Notary acknowledgments are most often used to fulfill the requirements of instruments facilitating the transfer of property (e.g. deeds, wills, and trusts). The notary must either know the signatory personally or identify them by examining two (2) or more pieces of ID or by having a credible witness attest on their behalf. After the signer has proven their identity, the notary will complete the acknowledgement form and affix their official signature and notary seal.
