A Mississippi limited partnership notary acknowledgement form is used to notarize legal instruments signed by a general partner of a limited partnership. Having been authorized by the partnership to sign on their behalf, the partner must attach this form to the legal document and bring it before a notary public. Once in the notary’s presence, the partner shall produce identification (unless notary can personally recognize them) and make a verbal acknowledgement. The acknowledgement must state that the partner signed the document in their own, and as the company’s, free act and deed.
