Mississippi Notary Acknowledgement – Corporation

A Mississippi notary acknowledgement for a corporation is a notarial certificate reserved for individuals executing a legal document as a representative, officer, or agent of a corporation. This certificate must be included in the original document and presented to a notary public. The signing party must produce identification and make a verbal declaration (acknowledgement) claiming they executed the document as their own free act and deed, after being authorized by the corporation to do so. The notary public concludes the appointment by signing, sealing, and affixing their commission expiration on the acknowledgement form.
