Kentucky Notary Acknowledgement – Attorney in Fact

The Kentucky attorney notary acknowledgement form serves the purpose of notarizing a document that has been executed by an attorney in fact on behalf of their principal. An attorney in fact makes business decisions relating to the principals’ assets, deeds, trusts, and estate and will therefore be signing agreements on their behalf on a regular basis, documents which typically require notarization. The document must be presented to a notary public, who will confirm the attorney’s identity and have them acknowledge that they are the signatory and have signed on their own free will.
