Connecticut Notary Acknowledgement – Limited Liability Company

The Connecticut notary acknowledgement for a limited liability company is used to authenticate the signature provided by a limited liability company representative. The notarial act of “acknowledgement” requires the representative to visit the notary in-person and provide evidence of their identity along with documentation of their authorization to act on the entity’s behalf. If the notary concludes that the individual is indeed qualified to sign for the limited liability company, they will fill out the acknowledgement certificate and finalize the form by affixing their official seal.

A statutory short form of the acknowledgement for a limited liability company may be downloaded in Adobe PDF and Microsoft Word.
