Alabama Notary Acknowledgement – Individual

The Alabama individual notary acknowledgement is designated for persons seeking to sign a legal document under their name. For this form to be considered legitimate, it must be presented, along with the legal form, to a certified Alabama notary public. The person that is authorizing will be required to bring legal identification to verify who they are and then it can be signed. The notary may require the signer bring identification that shows their signature, such as a passport or drivers license so that they can compare signatures in addition to the person listed in the photograph.
