The Arkansas notarial certificate (oath or affirmation to administer to corporate officials) is documentation of a corporate official’s statement made when entering into a new position of employment. An oath or affirmation of this variety is used to ensure the employee fulfils their duties in accordance with company policy and State law. The employee must make the oath or affirmation and sign the notarial certificate in the presence of a notary public.
