Arkansas Notary Acknowledgement – Individual

The Arkansas notary acknowledgement for an individual is used to verify that a person appeared before a notary public and acknowledged a signature as their own. The notary public must identify the signer either by presenting satisfactory identification displaying their signature or by personal knowledge of their identity. If the notary is certain the signer’s identity matches that of the individual named in the document, the signature will be confirmed upon the execution of the acknowledgement form.
