The South Carolina Notary Acknowledgement for a Partnership is a form used to acknowledge the signature of a partner or agent of a partnership on a legal instrument. An instrument with a completed notary acknowledgment form attached to it indicates that the signatory had the authority to complete the instrument, and that they acknowledge they completed the document for the reasons stated therein.
