Nevada Notary Acknowledgement for Person Who is Unable to Sign

The Nevada notary acknowledgement for person who is unable to sign is a document which is used if an individual is physically unable to sign their name, but needs to have a notary witness the signing of a document in which that individual is the implicated party. The notary will need to verify the identify of the individual in question, as well as that of the person who has been chosen to sign in their place. Once the chosen representative has signed in front of the notary public, the notary may provide their official seal and signature on the acknowledgement form.
