Massachusetts Notarial Certificate – Witness a Signature

Perhaps the simplest of notary forms, the Massachusetts signature witness notarial certificate is the endorsement of a signature on a particular legal document by a notary public. The document (without signatures) must be presented to the notary public with the witness notary certificate attached. The notary will verify the signer’s identity and witness their signature before signing and sealing the certificate themselves.
