The Arizona notary acknowlegement for a partnership is used to show evidence that a notary public has identified the partner or agent of a licensed partnership, and that the partner or agent has acknowledged the signature they have provided on a document. The individual may choose to sign the document without the supervision of the notary public. However, they are obligated to visit the notary in-person to have the signature officially acknowledged and the document notarized.
