Arizona Notarial Certificate – Copy Certification

The Arizona notarial certificate of copy certification is a statement indicating that a notary public has made an exact duplicate of a document. Copy certification is often used for court orders, business formation documents, marriage/divorce certificates, and birth certificates. The notary must mention in the certificate the location where the notarial act was performed, the date the copy was produced, and the title of the copied document. After the initial information has been provided, the notary must fill in their commission information, sign the certificate, and provide their seal.
