The Arkansas notarial certificate (oath to administer to multiple signers) confirms that two (2) individuals appeared before a notary public, have identified themselves to the notary, and signed a document which they claim contains true and accurate information. Both parties must sign the document as well as the notarial certificate in the presence of the notary public. If there is only one (1) signing party, the notary should instead complete the Arkansas Notarial Certificate – Oath or Affirmation designated for a single individual.
