The Kansas individual notary acknowledgement form is a type of notarial certificate used when all parties involved in the signing of a document are doing so for themselves and under their own free will. The document in need of acknowledgement (trust agreement, deed, power of attorney) can be signed by all signatories before being presented to the notary public. The notary will confirm the identities before hearing a formal declaration from each signer acknowledging the execution of the document. The notary shall fill out the individual notary acknowledgement form, which is either included on the last page of the document or attached thereto.
