Alaska Notary Acknowledgement – Partnership

The Alaska notary acknowledgement for a partnership is a document used by a notary public to acknowledge the validity of a signature. This particular form is designated for signatures given by partners (or their agents) of a partnership, limited partnership, or limited liability partnership. The partner/agent must appear before the notary public and present both the acknowledgement form and the item requiring acknowledgment. The notary must then identify the individual to ensure they are in fact a person qualified to sign the document. After the notary has performed their duties, they will complete the process by filling out the acknowledgement form and affixing their official seal.
